Our up to date caravans are sited on cut grass areas on a well run site suitable for couples and families only.

They are fully equipped and include TV with DVD, microwave , toaster kettle and cooker with oven. Each caravan has 2 bedrooms and a fold out double bed situated in the lounge. Bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower.

Duvets are provided, but please bring your own bed linen and duvet covers. Gas, water and electricity are included in the price.

Our Location

Elm Caravans are based at Trenance Holiday Park, which is the ideal choice for your self-catering holiday in Newquay and Cornwall.

The park is situated in the picturesque Trenance Valley and is only a ten minute walk into the town or beaches.

The Trenance Holiday Park is also alongside a 26 acre Leisure Centre which includes 2 indoor swimming pools, gymnasium, a tennis complex with both indoor and outdoor courts, a boating lake, a ‘wooden wave’ skateboard park, bowling green, children’s play area and much more.

The park facilities include a mini market, off-licence, restaurant & take-away, games room with video games and a fully equipped launderette.

From its origins as a small fishing village Newquay has become one of the leading holiday resorts in the country. The beautiful unspoilt countryside, the magnificent coastline with miles of clean sandy beaches, renowned as having some of the best surfing in Europe, makes Newquay the perfect base for visitors of all ages.

When the sun goes down Newquay has some of the best restaurants, pubs and clubs in the South West to end that perfect day.

At Trenance you are ideally placed for touring the rest of Cornwall, situated only 40 minutes drive from the scores of attractions like the fabulous Eden Project, or take some of the many coach trips that leave daily from Newquay.

Directions to Newquay and the Trenance Holiday Park.

From M5 Motorway Junction 31 (Exeter) take the A30 West to Cornwall.

Stay on the A30 heading for Bodmin.

After Bodmin on the A30 follow the signs for Newquay, take the A392 and look for our directional signs as you enter Newquay – Trenance Holiday Park, Edcumbe Avenue.
